Reset your phone to recover, this process deletes synchronized data and you will need to re-pair Bluetooth device.
1.Place the earphones in the charging case. Do not close the lid.
2.Press and hold the button for 10 seconds. When reset completed, the LED indicator on the charging case will flashing amber for 3 times.
