1. Please try another USB disk to check whether TV can properly identify upgrade package. If problem still occurs, please follow step 2 to check the problem.
2. Please confirm whether the upgrade package in the USB disk is correct, including the upgrade package type (user upgrade package / forced upgrade package) / upgrade package naming method.
