a) Use a dry and clean cotton swab to gently remove dirt from the sound openings of your earbuds, and then use a cotton cloth to gently wipe it clean.
b) Use a dry and clean cotton cloth to gently wipe the metal contact points on the handle and under the earbuds to ensure that your earbuds are in good contact with the charging case.
c) Remove the ear tips, use a wet wipe to clean them, and then install the ear tips back onto your earbuds once they are dry.
Notice:
* Clean the metal contact points under the earbuds and charging case with a dry and clean cotton swab or cloth, and prevent your earbuds and the charging case from coming into contact with any liquid.
* Do not charge your earbuds when they are wet.
* Dirt /earwax may impact sound volume and quality if not cleaned regularly.
